Our room was big but there was mold in the shower (quite a lot). There was no kettle, cups or plates in the room, we couldn't really eat or drink anything we bought in the city. Hotel breakfast was fine. The hotel is around 3km away from the city. Fine if you have a car, but walking was a bit tricky, as the sidewalk wasn't available everywhere. The staff was nice and helpful. Overall it was ok.

Everything is so nice, breakfast good. BUT i booked this room on the original website, and choose this place because of the spa. Here they say its 40€/person. They never mentioned that the spa is not free. We write to them, got a sorry and that’s it. Not so helpful. Now the weather is so bad and we cant do anything only a very expensive spa offer. Its almost equal with the price of the room.

Stayed 2 nights, twin room, very comfortable, very clean with walk-in shower. Lovely pool area and sun terrace. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was well presented. Breakfast choices to suit all tastes. Reasonable prices.

Great holiday - lovely hotel, brilliant pool. A little walk out of Polignano (approx. 30 mins). Good service and drinks options. Breakfast a little light and wasn't replenished, so just get there early!
